How many hours do I need?

Please note that this is just a general guideline, we understand each weddings are different.

5 hours is enough to cover the ceremony and main part of reception, ie 3:30 pm - 9:30 pm. Most couples have their ceremony at around 3 or 4 pm follow by family and bridal photos and then moving into reception.

8 hours are great to cover from getting ready (girls) until main part of reception ie 1:30 pm - 9:30 pm. usually it takes around 1-1.5 hour for getting ready, travel to ceremony and then moving into reception.

10 hours are extensive coverage where usually starts from groom preparation move on to bride preparation and follow by ceremony and main part of reception. ie 11:30 am - 9:30 pm

Some religious/cultural weddings have long ceremonies, it might need more than 10 hours coverage. We can always custom quote it to individual needs.

Do I need second photographer/videographer?

Having a second photographer and videographer will get you more angles in photos and footages for the video. At the end you will have more photos in your gallery and your videos will have more camera angles to cut in between.

25% Booking/Retainer fee from the package to book the date. Once we have received the deposit, the date will not be available for other couples that enquire the same date.

FAQs

How do we book you?

Just let me know via email if you like to book and lock the date in. We would ask for 25% non refundable retainer fee to secure the date, this is non refundable as we have block the dates to potential clients and future businesses. The remaining can be paid just before the wedding (usually 30 days before).

How do you describe your team?

We always have a relax professional approach to weddings. We would like you to feel that we are a part of the wedding that you can be true to yourself. Capturing little moments in between is our main goal on the day.

How long can we expect the photos and video galleries?

Usually we try to send some sneak peeks/highlights within 1 week after the wedding, the remaining of the galleries would take around 8-10 weeks. Videos will take around 8-10 weeks.

How do we receive our photos?

Your photos are delivered in a beautiful online gallery that is last for 6 months after being delivered. From there you can download both high resolution images for printing, and low resolution images optimised for social media. You can also share the gallery with your friends and family. Our print store is linked in with the gallery, so you can order all of your prints and albums directly from the gallery.

Gears and backing up files

Every wedding we bring multiple cameras that is able to record to 2 memory cards simultaneously. We also do bring various high quality lenses, batteries, flashes and lights to get through the day. This means if anything fails, we have backup gear ready to go so we won't miss a thing. By the time we finish the night, we back up all the files into 2 seperate hard drives. We take great care and pride in handling your important files.

Do we need to give you shot lists?

Whilst we welcome shot lists, we believe every weddings are different and unique, and we aim to capture them through our creative process. Although a shot list may seem like a good idea, it could also hinder our creative process where we are ticking off a list rather than capturing moments that are unique to your wedding day. 

Instead of a shot list, if you could provide us a list of important sentimental details (grandmas ring, parents veil, etc) or if there will be an important/spontaneous events during your wedding day (flash mob, something out of usual, etc), we will be sure to be ready to capture these.
